Meetings
Overview
Section titled “Overview”The Meetings tool syncs meeting notes from Granola’s Enterprise API into Nucleus. Each meeting is automatically categorised using AI and matched to Nucleus entities (companies, deals, projects, contacts).
Features
Section titled “Features”- Automatic sync — Configurable interval (1/5/15/30 minutes) pulls workspace-shared meeting notes from Granola
- AI categorisation — Each meeting is classified (client, internal, sales, delivery, recruitment, admin) and matched to relevant entities
- Deterministic pre-matching — Attendee emails, title keywords, and Granola folder names are matched before AI runs (zero cost)
- Confidence-based matching — High-confidence matches (≥80%) auto-link; suggestions (50-79%) require one-click confirmation; unmatched meetings go to a triage queue
- Action items — AI extracts action items from meeting summaries with suggested assignees
- Lazy transcripts — Transcripts are fetched on-demand and cached locally
- Cross-entity visibility — Meetings tab appears on Company, Deal, Project, and Person detail pages
Permissions
Section titled “Permissions”Meetings follow the manager hierarchy:

- Go to Settings → Connections
- Find the Granola card
- Enter your Granola Enterprise API key (
grn_prefix) - Configure sync interval and enable background sync
- Click Save
Note: The Granola Enterprise API only returns notes shared into workspace folders (Granola Spaces). Personal/private notes are not accessible.

Matching Flow
Section titled “Matching Flow”- Sync — Notes pulled from Granola API
- Deterministic matching — Email, title, folder matching (free)
- AI categorisation — Workers AI classifies remaining meetings
- Auto-match — Confidence ≥80% automatically links to entity
- Suggestion — Confidence 50-79% shown as suggestion
- Triage — Low confidence goes to unmatched queue
Re-analysis
Section titled “Re-analysis”Open a meeting detail page and click Re-analyse to re-run AI categorisation. Useful after loading the transcript for higher-quality results.
