The Resourcing Agent gives delivery managers and leadership real-time visibility into team capacity and utilisation — without spreadsheets or manual reporting.

Slash Commands

Weekly Report
Section titled “Weekly Report”Every Monday morning, the agent automatically posts a detailed report covering:
- Per-squad utilisation with traffic light indicators
- Per-person breakdown showing actual billable hours vs capacity
- Org-wide summary — total utilisation, over/under counts
- AI analysis — 3-5 actionable insights (cross-squad imbalances, burnout risks, rebalancing suggestions)
- Interactive buttons to drill into capacity view or refresh the report
Traffic Lights
Section titled “Traffic Lights”The report uses colour indicators so you can spot issues at a glance:

| Yellow | 60-79% — slightly under-utilised |
| Red (high) | Over 110% — potential burnout risk |
| Red (low) | Under 60% — significantly under-utilised |
| White | Non-billable role (DM, Tech Lead) |
Daily Alerts
Section titled “Daily Alerts”Every morning, the agent checks for capacity issues and posts alerts when:
- Someone is allocated over 110% of their capacity
- Someone has less than 60% allocation for the upcoming week
- A squad’s average utilisation drops below a healthy threshold
Alerts include cooldown logic — you won’t get the same alert every day.
Resourcing Suggestions
Section titled “Resourcing Suggestions”The agent periodically analyses capacity gaps and upcoming deals to generate allocation suggestions. These appear in the Resourcing tool in Nucleus where managers can review, apply, or dismiss them with one click.
Data Sources
Section titled “Data Sources”The agent pulls data from:
- Nucleus — people, squads, allocations, leave, deals, capacity settings
- Productive — actual billable hours (time entries)
- Claude — natural language analysis and Q&A
