Welcome to the Nucleus documentation. This site covers everything you need to know about the internal platform powering DotCollective’s agency operations.
What is Nucleus?
Section titled “What is Nucleus?”A centralised internal platform that houses operational tools for the DotCollective team. Built on Cloudflare’s edge infrastructure with role-based access control, it provides each team member with the tools and visibility they need for their role.
Current Tools
Section titled “Current Tools”- Dashboard — Overview of onboarding progress, recent scorecards, and key metrics
- Onboarding — 5-phase interactive checklist guiding new DM and DL hires through their first 4+ weeks
- Objectives — Business objectives hierarchy with balanced scorecard categories, priorities, and KPIs
- Scorecards — Weekly/fortnightly performance tracking with KPIs, financial metrics, and role-based checklists
- People — Directory, org-chart, and profiles (contact details, DOB, superannuation, bank details)
- Announcements — Comms distribution via Slack, Google Calendar, and email
- Leave — Leave management with Xero, Productive, Google Calendar, and Slack sync
- Pays — Xero payroll integration
- Calendar — Google Calendar integration
- Holidays — Public holiday management
- Documents — Employee paperwork storage with Cloudflare R2
- Performance — 360 reviews, feedback cycles, KPI ratings
- Insights — Headcount, retention, diversity, compensation, and org structure reporting
